General Information

Welcome to Kuben Home. The following terms and conditions govern all purchases made through Kuben Home ApS. By placing an order on kubenhome.dk, you agree to these conditions. We recommend reviewing them before completing your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on orders above 1000 DKK / 135€. Orders placed before 12:00 (UTC +1) are typically dispatched the same day. Please note that shipments are not processed during weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods, processing time may extend to 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation, followed by a tracking number sent directly by the courier.

Shipping costs vary depending on destination and delivery method and will be shown at checkout. Kuben Home cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

Returns

You may return your purchase within 14 days from the date you received it.

Right of Withdrawal

To initiate a withdrawal, please submit your request through your customer account: https://kubenhome.dk/account

After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation. You can also order a return label through our online return portal.

We cannot accept returns of items that have been used, washed, altered, or returned without their inner packaging. Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. This ensures protection against misuse of stolen cards.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. If you choose a return label provided by us, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, all freight charges will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the product and place a new order.

Returns must be registered online, where you can also request a return label.

Please ensure your order details are correct before checkout, as we cannot modify orders once they have been completed.

Gift Returns

If you received an item from kubenhome.dk as a gift, you may return it and receive a gift card equal to the value of the product. The gift card is valid for 12 months.

Register your return through our portal and include a note requesting a gift card instead of a refund. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment card, but gift cards may be sent directly to the gift recipient.

Complaints

All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which provides a 24‑month complaint period. You may submit a complaint regarding defects that appear within this period, unless the issue is caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or normal wear.

Personal Data Policy

To complete a purchase on kubenhome.dk, we require your name, address, phone number, and email. This information is used solely to process and deliver your order.

Personal data collected on our website is handled with your explicit consent, and you will always be informed about what data is collected and for what purpose. We do not encrypt stored data, nor do we transmit customer information in encrypted form.

Kuben Home ApS does not sell or share personal information with third parties and does not store sensitive personal data.
